Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use thesignagecompany.com.au, request a quote or place an order with The Signage Company. The Signage Company is a trading name of Atolya Pty Ltd (ABN 14 669 606 697), based in Sydney, New South Wales. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Atolya Pty Ltd trading as The Signage Company, and "you" means the person or business using our website or ordering from us.

By placing an order or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Online prices apply to the products, sizes, options and quantities shown at the time of your order. Custom work, design, site measurements and installation are quoted separately.

A quote is based on the information you give us. If the size, quantity, materials, artwork, site conditions or installation requirements change, we may need to update the quote before we proceed.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order before production starts, for example if pricing on the website is clearly wrong or a product is unavailable. If we cancel, we will refund any amount you have paid for that order.

You are responsible for the artwork, text, logos and images you supply, and for making sure you have the right to use them. You give us permission to use and reproduce your material only as needed to prepare proofs, produce and install your order.

Please check the artwork requirements and template for your chosen product. Where we provide a proof, check it carefully, including spelling, colours, sizes and layout. We produce the order based on the approved proof or supplied file.

The content of this website, including text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without our written permission.

You agree to give us accurate contact, delivery and site details. Where we are installing, you are responsible for providing safe access to the site, any approvals or permits needed for the signage, and accurate information about the mounting surface and location unless we have agreed to assess these during a site measurement.

You must not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, or supply material that is unlawful, misleading or infringes another person's rights.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices on our website are shown excluding GST unless stated otherwise, and GST is added at checkout or on your invoice. Delivery and installation charges are shown separately where they apply.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due in full when you place an online order. For quoted projects, payment terms, including any deposit, will be set out in the quote.

We supply and install signage Australia wide. Production, delivery and installation timeframes are estimates and depend on the product, artwork approval, destination and site conditions. If you have a deadline, please tell us before ordering.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@thesignagecompany.com.au with your order number, a description and photos.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Because most of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or for errors in artwork or details that you supplied or approved.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited to, at our option, replacing or repairing the goods, supplying the services again, or paying the cost of doing so.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order or accept your quote applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
