Choose an available product online or request a quote for a custom project.
How do I order signage?
Choose your product, select the available size, material, quantity and finishing options, then review the price and proceed to checkout. If you need help choosing or have a custom requirement, request a quote.
Can I request a custom quote?
Yes. Send us the sign type, approximate dimensions, quantity, project location and any design, site measurement or installation requirements. Include artwork or site photos if available.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Available quantities depend on the product. Check the product calculator or contact us with your requirements.
How do I use a discount code?
If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the cart and check that the discount appears before paying.

Artwork requirements depend on the product. Check the requirements on the product page or contact us before ordering if you need help preparing your files.
Can you help with my design?
Yes. We offer design services. Tell us what you need and include any logos, wording or reference images you would like us to consider.

Where do you supply signage?
We supply signage Australia wide. Include your delivery postcode when ordering or requesting a quote so delivery options can be confirmed.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the product, quantity, artwork requirements and delivery location. If you have a deadline, include it with your enquiry so we can discuss your requirements.

Do you offer installation?
Yes. We offer signage installation Australia wide. Send us your project location, sign requirements and site photos to request a quote.
Can you measure my site?
Yes. Enquire about site measurements and provide the site location and a brief description of the signage required.
Existing Orders

Can I change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible on 0434 520 699 or email info@thesignagecompany.com.au with your order number and the change required. We will check the order status and advise what is possible.
How do I order the same signage again?
Contact us with your previous order number and confirm the quantity and any changes. We will advise how to place your new order.
There is an issue with my order. What should I do?
Email info@thesignagecompany.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos if relevant. We will review the details and advise the next steps.
