Custom printed corrugated plastic signs for promotions, events, site notices and business advertising. Add your branding and message, then choose a preset or custom size.
At a Glance
Materials: 3mm or 5mm corrugated plastic. Printing: single sided or double sided.
Standard sizes (W × H): 600 × 450, 600 × 900, 900 × 600, 900 × 1200 and 1200 × 900 mm.
Custom sizes: 150 to 2400 mm wide and 150 to 1200 mm high.
Choose Your Size
Select a preset or choose Custom Size and enter your width and height in millimetres. Choose standard square or rectangular cutting, or custom contour cutting for circles, convex shapes and rounded corners. Show the required contour and corner radius in your artwork.
Eyelet Options
Choose no eyelets, one of the standard eyelet positions, or Custom eyelet placement. Custom placement is quoted separately and is not included in the calculator total. Before ordering, email your required quantity per sign and an annotated proof showing the positions to info@thesignagecompany.com.au for a quote.
Artwork and Design
Prepare your artwork to your ordered dimensions. Check spelling, contact details and image quality, and keep important text clear of the edges. Download the artwork guide below. Supply a full size CMYK PDF with 3 mm bleed on every edge, outlined fonts and embedded images. For double sided signs, clearly label the front and back artwork. Ask us about our design service if you need help.
