Big Head Cutouts
Put a familiar face in the spotlight
Create oversized face cutouts for birthdays, celebrations, sporting events and promotions. Each design is printed single sided and cut around the face.
Three heights
Choose small at 380mm high with an integrated handle, medium at 600mm or large at 900mm. Width follows the proportions of your image. The small version has a 13mm white border and a 90mm handle. Medium and large versions do not include handles.
Choose your board
Lightweight 3mm corrugated plastic suits indoor or outdoor events. Smooth 3mm foam PVC offers a premium surface and is recommended for indoor use.
Send a clear photo
Use an original high resolution photograph with even lighting, a forward facing subject and an unobstructed head. Avoid screenshots, blurry images, deep shadows and intricate headwear. For prepared print artwork, supply a CMYK PDF at full size with embedded images, outlined fonts and at least 130dpi. Name a custom contour spot colour cut.
