Custom printed aluminium composite panel signs for shopfronts, business premises, directional signage and property identification. A rigid 3mm panel gives your artwork a smooth, professional presentation.

At a Glance

Material: 3mm aluminium composite panel with full colour print on white vinyl and your choice of lamination.

Standard sizes (W × H): 900 × 600, 1200 × 900, 1800 × 1200, 2400 × 1200 and 2400 × 1190 mm. Custom sizes: 150 to 2400 mm wide and 150 to 1200 mm high.

Choose Your Finish

Choose gloss, matte or anti graffiti lamination. Reflective finishes are available by quote so we can confirm the material, size and artwork requirements for your project.

Printing and Cutting

Choose single sided printing with a square or rectangular cut, single sided printing with a custom contour, or double sided printing with a square or rectangular cut. For custom shapes, supply the maximum width and height and show the cutting contour in your artwork.

Drilling and Installation

Choose no holes or a standard 6mm hole arrangement. Custom hole placement is quoted separately. Confirm the hole positions and any custom cutting details before ordering. Ask us about site measurements and installation for your location.

Artwork and Design

Supply a full size CMYK PDF with 3mm bleed on every edge, outlined fonts and embedded images. Clearly label front and back artwork for double sided signs. Supply a separate annotated proof for hole positions or custom cutting. Keep important content away from trim, holes and fixing points.
